Responsibilities
Manage water and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and change management
Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Track project costs, forecasting, billing, and documentation
Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
Knowledge of treatment plants, pump stations, utilities, or related infrastructure
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or a single large project simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with municipal water and wastewater projects in North Carolina
