They are currently seeking a Systems Engineer Intern for Summer 2026, where the intern will work with a mentor on engineering tasks, collaborate with fellow engineers, and gain exposure to various aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities

Work with a mentor in engineering to accomplish program related engineering tasks

Work alongside fellow engineers to accomplish team goals for the period

Design, build, and out brief work to the team and Astroscale engineering community

Evaluate and help peer review fellow team member’s work

Gain experience from and interact with team members across program management, engineering, business development, business operations, and marketing & communications

Assist in architectural trades and interface definition for deployment and hosting of on-orbit servicing payloads

Support the management of system-level design of space systems across all phases of projects, including requirement analysis, sensitivity analysis, mission analysis, and design trades
