Junior Business Solutions Analyst & Trainer

This position involves training end-users on new software, supporting AI initiatives, managing intranet content, and assisting with data quality issues while providing exposure to various business technologies.

Responsibilities

Perform classroom, one-on-one and virtual software training for end-users
Assist with the development and coordination of regular training programs and maintain training resources
Assist with supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives including reimagining legacy workflows
Assist with managing the Firm’s intranet content and permissions
Assist with the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Excel, and SQL stored procedures
Research, analyze and resolve IT and data quality issues
Support the rollout of new software tools and assist in the delivery of solutions that improve their business processes
Escalate, track, and assist in resolving issues with vendors or internal technical teams
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to all supported applications
Document, track and monitor all requests, ensuring a timely and well documented resolution from start to finish. Create, log, track, and maintain a ticket (in our ITSM system) for every request and task, with complete and accurate documentation of diagnostics, actions taken, resolution details, and user communications
Contribute to the Firm’s SharePoint team and assist workflows across all systems using Power Automate, FreshService, Aderant Workflow and other tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience required
Must be passionate about technology, comfortable and proficient with databases, and an active learner who is eager to absorb new concepts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks. Uses a systematic approach to find solutions and deliver effective support to end users
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and a base understanding of computer hardware and networking
Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can communicate clearly, respectfully and confidently with others
Demonstrates consistent and reliable attendance, communicates promptly and professionally regarding any schedule changes or delays, and adapts flexibly to overtime and temporary schedule adjustments
Independently utilizes all available resources and documentation managed by our team, such as solutions within our ticketing system and documentation in our notebooks and Team site
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability to achieve common goals
Capacity to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to independently assess when to troubleshoot versus when to escalate issues appropriately
Diligently adhere to all established IT policies and procedures
