Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to refine and finalize software designs, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
Provide day-to-day support for the applications under your management, including identifying and fixing bugs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems
Provide third-level support for the Digital Operations team, assisting with complex technical issues and resolving escalated problems
Manage and implement day-to-day minor enhancements and maintenance tasks
Lead Eclipse ERP side of enhancements that require back-end modifications
Collaborate with the Eclipse team to address more complex issues and to coordinate change control
Oversee web development and eCommerce enhancement projects, utilizing a mix of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Eclipse BASIC for backend integrations
Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile apps for both the iOS and Android platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users
Serve as a mentor to other developers, providing guidance on best practices, design principles, and problem-solving techniques
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as requested

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business, IT or a related field or equivalent experience
5 or more years of experience developing for the Epicor Eclipse ERP system at a senior level or 5 or more years of experience managing the architecture, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android
Strong Epicor Eclipse / Universe development experience
Web and mobile application development experience or a strong motivation to learn new technology
Ability to collaborate with various teams to refine and finalize software designs

Strong understanding of Eclipse ERP's architecture, programming environment, and customization capabilities
Ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across software applications, databases, and platforms
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Eclipse BASIC for both front-end and back-end development
Strong leadership skills, e.g., innovation, decision making, influence and supporting others
Customer service oriented; strong desire to meet the needs of external and internal customers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
