Sr. Talent and HR Coordinator
Ally Medical is seeking a highly skilled Talent and HR Coordinator with expertise in recruitment and onboarding. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates to maintain a positive experience
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and online platforms to enhance employer brand and attract high-quality candidates
Continuously research and implement best practices in talent acquisition to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Execute onboarding credentialing duties for physicians and APPs in Paylocity and MedTrainer
Accurately track credentialing i.e. approvals, denials, process flow
Execute our comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture
Act as a champion for the company culture, ensuring it is consistently upheld across all levels of the organization
Collaborate with leadership to promote and reinforce the company’s values and mission
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
At least two years of progressive human resource experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful hires
Healthcare industry preferred
SHRM-CP/PHR a plus
