Responsibilities
Provide litigation support, including:
Docketing and case management
Preparing and responding to discovery requests (interrogatories, document requests, requests to admit)
Drafting and managing pleadings, correspondence, and responses to government agencies
Organizing case files and preparing exhibits
E-filing and maintaining accurate legal records
Coordinating with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and internal teams to track deadlines and deliverables
Assisting with annual report filings, entity formation documents, real estate transactions, and other corporate legal matters
Learning auto dealership law and assisting with government agency interactions (e.g., DOT, DATCP, DFI, AG, SOS, FTC, CFPB). Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Strong drafting, organizational, and docketing skills
Experience managing multiple active cases and competing deadlines
Proficiency with legal and case management tools such as Clio, Westlaw, Relativity, or similar platforms
Ability to quickly learn internal systems, including: Contract Lifecycle Management platforms (LinkSquares), Insurance platforms (Aclaimant), Automotive systems (AutoMate, vAuto, VinSolutions, RouteOne, DealerTrack, Rapid Recon, etc.)
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research or document tools
