Traditional labor law (union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration)
Executive compensation, equity incentives, and employment agreements
Transactional employment support for M&A, PE, financings, and restructurings
Restrictive covenants, non-competes, and trade secret protection
Workforce restructurings, RIFs, and global employee transitions
Workplace investigations, compliance, and regulatory strategy
