Responsibilities

Reception: Open/close reception, greet visitors, manage phones, schedule conference rooms, validate parking
Office Services: Maintain office equipment and supplies, coordinate access cards, disinfect high-touch areas
Records: Organize, catalog, and dispose of records per firm policy
Conference Rooms: Reset rooms after meetings, clean surfaces, restock supplies
Kitchen: Set up/tear down coffee, restock beverages and supplies, maintain cleanliness
Mail/Packages: Sort/distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, route checks, manage subscriptions
Building Maintenance: Report issues (lighting, HVAC, cleaning) and coordinate with vendors
Administrative Support: Prepare folders, stuff envelopes, assist with projects for legal/admin teams

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma/GED required
Typing speed: 60+ WPM
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical office tasks
Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office and office technology
Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards

Preferred

3–5 years' relevant experience (legal environment preferred)
