Responsibilities
Assist in the development, execution, and troubleshooting of new cell-based assays, protocols, and data analysis methods
Design and execute experiments, interpret results, and clearly communicate findings to project teams and stakeholders
Establish and document SOPs leveraging laboratory automation platforms such as BRAVO and Apricot to increase assay throughput
Support maintenance and characterization of iPSC-derived cell populations
Perform immunocytochemistry, plate-based assays (Quanterix, Luminex, MSD), qPCR, and other molecular biology techniques
Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory notebook documentation
Collaborate effectively across functional teams to support project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or related disciplines such as Immunology or Biological Engineering
1–2+ years of wet lab experience in academia or industry
Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture using sterile techniques
Strong in vitro experimental background
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data analysis and maintain detailed laboratory records
Excellent oral and written communication skills including report and presentation preparation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without direct supervision
Ability to remain focused and on task in a laboratory environment
Preferred
Industry experience preferred
Fresh graduates may be considered
