The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and drive the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely month-end results to management
Assist in the preparation of quarterly board presentations
Coordinates corporate budgeting, forecasting resource allocation planning process
Develops financial forecasts and in support of company budgeting and forecasting process
Leads cross-functional efforts to improve reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities
Analyzes the business unit’s performance to plan/forecast and recommends appropriate actions to ensure financial targets are met
Develops financial models, forecasts, proposals, presentations, and performance measures to provide support to executives regarding financial decisions
Evaluates strategies and goals of the Company in order to effectively monitor progress against them
Work on special projects assigned by the Controller, CFO, or department heads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
A minimum of five years of accounting and financial analysis experience
Strong knowledge of accounting operations and GAAP
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and/or reporting
Expertise in a variety of operational and accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and multi-task job responsibilities effectively
Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service within all dimensions of the job duties on a consistent basis
Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge to apply
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources
Preferred
Treasury experience a plus
