Responsibilities

Support go‑to‑market execution for AI software and platform offerings, including launches, enablement activities, and operational readiness
Assist with tracking and reporting key GTM metrics such as pipeline, adoption, usage, and campaign performance
Help maintain GTM documentation, launch checklists, and process workflows for AI products
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Media teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through better data, tooling, or process clarity

Required

Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelor's degree program. Relevant fields include: Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, Information Systems or MIS, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data in spreadsheets
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship

Preferred

Internship, academic project, or coursework related to operations, analytics, sales, marketing, or technology
Familiarity with CRM tools or reporting/BI tools
Basic understanding of AI concepts or interest in AI‑driven products and platforms
Experience collaborating on cross‑functional or team‑based projects
Strong attention to detail and interest in process improvement
