Mid, Senior LevelFoxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to oversee the Inventory Control function. The role involves ensuring accurate stock management, supporting audits, and driving improvements in inventory processes while leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Inventory Control team, ensuring efficient workflows and high performance
Verify daily inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies or material variances
Organize and conduct annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inventory counts in compliance with company policies
Prepare, review, and maintain regular and ad-hoc inventory reports to support business decisions
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
Monitor inventory movements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls
Identify risks and trends in inventory management and propose process improvements
Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and explanations
Train team members on inventory systems, processes, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate English proficiency, especially for written communication
Preferred
Higher education (college or university degree) is an advantage
Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is an advantage
