Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for hyperscale data center construction, including earthwork, foundations, structural systems, MEP installation, and finishes
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple trades and teams
Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design and project objectives
Oversee procurement, vendor management, and logistics for major materials and systems
Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to client requirements
Resolve on-site challenges related to civil, structural, or MEP systems while maintaining schedule and cost control
Mentor and lead field teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Provide regular reporting and updates to executive leadership and clients on project status and key milestones
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale mission-critical or Greenfield construction projects
Proven ability to oversee full project scope, including earthwork, foundations, structural, MEP, and interior fit-out
Strong schedule, cost, and subcontractor management skills
Ability to work on-site across Texas and travel between projects as needed
Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects safely and on time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
