Senior Financial Advisor
Kadima Wealth is a fast-growing independent advisory firm focused on deeply personalized planning and long-term client relationships. They are seeking an experienced advisor to serve as the primary advisor for existing clients while contributing to the firm's growth through referrals and community presence.
Responsibilities
Own and lead existing client relationships as the primary advisor
Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice aligned with firm processes
Identify planning opportunities across tax, retirement, insurance, estate, and cash flow
Support firm growth through:
Proactive referral development and client touchpoints
Building and maintaining COI relationships (CPAs, attorneys)
Representing the firm at community and industry events
Leading follow-up from firm-hosted events and introductions
Targeted prospect outreach and nurturing
Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and the overall client experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a hybrid RIA, wirehouse, or bank setting
Strong client-facing and planning skills with a relationship-first mindset
Demonstrated ability to attract or grow client relationships
Comfortable presenting advice without product or platform pressure
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and growth-minded
Preferred
