Responsibilities

Pick up deposits from Health System sites both on and off campus for delivery to Cashier's Office

Review deposits and documentation at each site assuring that documentation and deposits are in agreement

Separate/breakdown daily Cafeteria, Gift Ships, and Pharmacy deposits

Maintain spreadsheets for Cafeteria, Gift Shops, and Patient Accounting

Breakdown/copy and forward all combined patient payments (MA and Anesthesiology)

Process and record non-patient payments for deposit

Pick up mail from post office daily for delivery to patient accounting

Process and record cash receipts for Cafeteria, Gift Shops, Pharmacy, and Patient Accounting into Flexi AR system

Pick up/sort/forward/post mail from mailroom

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct
