Metasys Technologies is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. The role includes front desk management, employee support, event coordination, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

Greet all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and prepare documents for distribution
Coordinate office supply services and support employee onboarding
Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative assistance
Address questions or complaints from employees and guests in a customer-service-driven manner
Organize and manage on-site events, including room setup, teardown, and supply delivery
Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities upon request
Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services or goods
Create presentations and communicate with groups of various sizes
Explain detailed or complex information to team members as needed
Follow specific directions from management and adhere to established procedures
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all building occupants

Qualification

Required

Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive and proactive mindset
Up to 2 years of related work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
