Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features
Ensure applications are high-performance, accessible, and reliable across devices
Contribute to the design system and front-end architecture, improving consistency and scalability
Implement best practices for testing, CI/CD, and code quality
Work closely with AI and data teams to integrate advanced workflows and real-time interactions
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering best practices and a collaborative culture

Qualification

Required

3–6+ years of experience building and maintaining production front-end applications
Strong expertise in React or Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and component-driven design
Experience with GraphQL or REST APIs
Care deeply about usability, performance, accessibility, and clean, maintainable code
Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with enterprise or data-intensive SaaS products
Familiarity with WebSocket-based interactions, real-time UI, or AI-assisted workflows
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or other design systems
Interest in applying AI to augment human workflows in regulated industries
