Responsibilities
Daily customer invoicing through our ERP system
Entering accounts payable invoices into the ERP system with accuracy and consistency
Supporting production planning by generating work orders and job travelers for the plant
Assisting the Accounting Manager with routine tasks, reporting, and special projects
Supporting the Purchasing Manager with administrative duties, documentation, and vendor coordination
Maintaining organized digital and physical records to support audits and internal processes
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication
Qualification
Required
Previous administrative experience in an office, accounting, or operations environment
Experience with ERP systems (any platform; training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
