Pacific Northwest Administrative Operations Coordinator
Business Impact NW is one of the leading non-profit community development financial and business assistance organizations in the Pacific Northwest. They are currently hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support across multiple departments, helping the organization meet increased demands for its services.

Responsibilities
Attend regular weekly and monthly meetings with Administrative, Operations, External Affairs, and TA Programs staff
Support Administrative Operations Manager with administrative tasks for programs and projects, including, but not limited to the Vendor Ready Program, Business Expert Sessions, and Nexus data uploads
Provide administrative support for annual events as well as tabling and networking event requests and scheduling staff
Maintain the BINW website’s Events Calendar, On-Demand Library, and Resources Page
Provide administrative support for all standard operating procedures including formatting, maintaining, and filing. Document standard operating procedures for various administrative tasks
Responsible for processing and sending Bulk Email requests
Support multiple departments across the organization
Provide back-up administrative office, phone, email, and Outlook calendar support, as needed
Order printed materials including class curriculum materials, collateral, and business cards
Responsible for distributing quarterly surveys
Quickly learn new technologies as determined by management – support implementation org-wide and help train other staff as needed
Work closely with External Affairs VP and TA Programs VPs, Directors and PMs to ensure administrative needs are met
Support scheduling, data entry, coordination, and technical support of the training and webinars offered by Business Impact NW
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA, A.A. or 1-year Equivalent Professional Experience
1-3 years of experience in this or related field

Must be located in one of the states we serve, Washington, Oregon, Alaska or Idaho
Preferred
System thinkers who can prioritize and manage details across multiple projects and deadlines
Enjoyment of working with diverse work styles and staff
Capable and comfortable with learning new technology platforms to an expert level
Comfort and confidence with teaching technology and processes in a way that is approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly for staff at all levels of savviness
Keen eye for seeing what needs done, and initiative to do it
Willingness to learn new systems
Strong organizational skills: must demonstrate a proven system you have used with success
Customer service-focused attitude with effective communication skills
Knowledge of computers and software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, calendars, PowerPoint, password managers, admin portals, and databases. Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Ability to cultivate a positive workplace culture through noticing needs and celebrating staff
Willingness to roll up sleeves, do the work, solve problems, and have fun
