Responsibilities

This role is responsible for providing technical integration across Operational Readiness (OpR) functions to support the development and deployment of an advanced HTGR Small Modular Reactor (SMR) platform
The Operational Readiness Support Engineer serves as a bridge between systems engineering (requirements management), OpR disciplines, and project execution interfaces with design, licensing, construction, and commissioning
The role focuses on ensuring that operational considerations are embedded into the plant design and project execution lifecycle, and that OpR functions are fully aligned and integrated with engineering deliverables, project decisions, and regulatory requirements
