This role involves overseeing regional managers, driving site expansion, ensuring service delivery alignment with corporate objectives, and maintaining high standards of performance and compliance across all SNP sites.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end operations strategy for OneWeb’s global SNP network, ensuring seamless integration and performance

Lead and mentor regional SNP managers, fostering collaboration and accountability

Manage SNP implementation and vendor SLA compliance

Drive site expansion upon request, upgrades, documentation, and configuration management

Define, monitor, and enforce global SLA and KPI frameworks

Implement reporting mechanisms to track performance, availability, and compliance

Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement based on KPI trends

Conduct root cause analysis and manage warranty, asset, and equipment lifecycle programs

Establish global standards for SNP maintenance, security, and operational excellence

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks

Oversee global vendor performance and training

Collaborate with GNOC, Systems Engineering, Legal/Regulatory, and other teams to resolve escalations and optimize service delivery

Manage global SNP operational budgets, including forecasting and cost optimization

Align resource allocation with strategic priorities

Develop sparing strategies and replenishment programs

Lead global incident response and change management processes for the scope

Ensure resilience and continuity plans for critical SNP infrastructure
