HR Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
Configure and maintain HR business processes in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
Configure and maintain security roles, including domain security, and system setup
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system solutions
Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights and support decision-making
Provide resolutions to HR Team inquiries, questions, and problems via Jira ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Participate in biannual Workday release testing and implement system updates, ensuring new features are configured and adopted effectively
Participate in testing cycles for other system updates, enhancements, and new functionality
Document processes, configurations, and workflows
Support end users with troubleshooting, guidance, and training materials
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
Stay up to date with Workday updates, best practices, and HR technology trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM
Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
Experience configuring and maintaining HR business processes in Workday
Knowledge of Workday domain security and experience configuring security roles
Experience building advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning
Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
Experience with Workday Docs and Docs for Layouts
