Denials prevention, appeals strategy & payer performance
Front‑end revenue integrity (eligibility, authorizations, clean claims)
Oversight of billing vendors with clear KPIs
Cross‑functional partnership with physicians, operations, IT & leadership
Clear, data‑driven reporting and insights
Qualification
Required
8+ years healthcare RCM experience, strong radiology exposure preferred
Senior leadership experience (teams and/or vendors)
Deep knowledge of prof vs. tech billing
Proven success improving collections and reducing denials
Preferred
Experience with Epic Resolute, Royal, or similar platforms is a plus
