Lottery Customer Service Specialist
State of Missouri is seeking a Lottery Customer Service Specialist to provide service to players and retailers. The role involves validating lottery prizes, maintaining inventory, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
Providing customer service to players, retailers, and/or the general public
Validate and issue payment of lottery prizes
Respond to e-mail and mail correspondence, as well as telephone requests
Sell Scratchers and Draw Games tickets
Accurately maintain cash drawer and ticket inventory
Update ticket log and adjustment credit spreadsheets
Obtain winner stories
Assist with maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms
Merchandise lobby area with game information, promotions, and winner information items
Respond to player inquiries
Schedule appointments for prize winners
Issue prizes to claimants
Qualification
Required
Two years of office or public contact experience
Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
Proficient in Word and Excel
Preferred
Prior experience working in a customer service atmosphere
