Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products, from stakeholder intake and design through deployment, adoption, and retirement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights
Lead the development and optimization of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions for executive leadership
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and Procurement to address evolving business needs
Leverage AI and ML capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support
Promote data literacy and enable self-service analytics adoption across the organization
Influence enterprise data architecture and analytics strategy in partnership with a centralized Data & Analytics COE
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an agile, fast-moving environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics roles delivering business-facing data solutions
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP data platforms (S/4HANA, HANA, BW, Datasphere, Databricks, ECC)
Strong experience designing data products and dashboards supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales
Proven ability to operationalize AI and ML capabilities for real business impact
Excellent executive communication skills and strong business acumen
Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Business Objects, or similar
Preferred
Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment strongly preferred
