Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered solutions within the Ekwa Labs portfolio
Conduct rapid feasibility assessments and market research to validate new product opportunities in healthcare and dental markets
Lead the full product development cycle: from prototype to testing to early client validation to market launch
Partner with engineering and design teams to translate customer problems into intuitive, scalable product solutions
Manage founding and early client programs—recruiting participants, gathering feedback, iterating based on real-world usage, and ensuring exceptional client experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful go-to-market execution
Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data to drive continuous improvement and iteration
Stay ahead of AI trends and healthcare industry developments to identify new innovation opportunities
Document learnings from experiments (both successes and failures) to strengthen our innovation process
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Operations, or Business Strategy—preferably in tech, SaaS, or innovation-driven environments
Proven track record of launching products or managing complex initiatives from concept to delivery
Strong execution skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and move fast in ambiguous environments
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on feedback
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can work effectively with technical teams, clients, and leadership
Data-informed decision-making mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact
Market research skills and genuine curiosity about AI, healthcare, and emerging technologies
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup with flexibility across time zones
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is a plus
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, AI/ML products, B2B SaaS, or innovation/R&D programs
Age: 25-35 years
