Responsibilities
Create reports and presentations with help from others to support business reviews and partner engagement activities
Assist Level I associates with technical questions and quality engagement with partners, providing guidance and support to help develop their technical capabilities
Make meaningful impact with initiatives driven by leaders and senior level associates, supporting fellow associates in a positive fashion that enables growth and development
Lead technology/vendor programs, driving results through enablement activities supporting ROI and business reviews with appropriate partners
Work closely with direct leader to assist in achieving department metrics and goals while serving as a trainer for technologies in which you are an expert
Qualification
Required
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-years' experience in functional area OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5-years' functional experience, preferably at a senior level
Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
