As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle for our AI-powered Enterprise Operations platform, managing product vision, roadmapping, and successful launches.

Responsibilities

Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches

Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery

Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization

Required

5+ years of product management experience

1+ years of direct experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS

Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
