Responsibilities

Defining and tracking progress for our Product Software deliverables from early HW through launch
Partnering with cross-functional groups across multiple teams at Apple to drive GPU & Display feature deliverables through the product development life cycle
Establishing, managing and communicating program feature plans, active investigations, escalations, and drive technical risks to resolution
Identifying and highlighting technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with the technical subject matter experts
Maintaining & influencing a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU & Display feature implementation
Driving continuous improvements and increased efficiency across program management processes

Required

5–10+ years of program management experience in software, hardware, or systems engineering environments
Strong technical acumen and the ability to align teams around architecture, milestones, and execution plans
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Preferred

BS/MS (EE/CS/CE), or a related technical field
Background in CPU, GPU (Graphics HW, Graphics APIs like Metal) or exposure to Display technologies(eg: Color, HDR,..) experience is a strong plus
Experience in introducing or having an understanding of HW into manufacturing, or high volume production is a huge plus
Ability to dive deep on technical topics and abstract the right level of information into an actionable path forward with cross-functional consensus
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand or ramp up on technical concepts in a wide range of fields
Demonstrated ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of complicated situations
