Responsibilities

Ideate, concept, and execute monthly social media content plans in collaboration with internal teams and/or clients

Develop, design, and edit static and video assets for a variety of social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Efficiently create multiple versions of assets (resizes, edits, captions, hooks, platform-specific cuts) while maintaining creative quality

Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, and proactively bring new ideas to the table

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices while monitoring performance to ensure optimizations on approach and deliverables are continually happening

Manage timelines and priorities to deliver content consistently and on deadline

Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and account teams to bring ideas to life

Continuously test, learn, and iterate on content based on performance and audience engagement

2-4 years minimum of proven experience working directly in social media concepting and creating social content

Demonstrable experience in video editing to create a large volume of content

Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners

Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly

Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships
