Own day-to-day project hygiene: update trackers, ensure artifacts are current (charters, plans, change/release requests, test evidence, implementation plans)
Partner with InfoSec/GRC to align project deliverables with CMMC-informed controls (e.g., access, change, logging, incident response touchpoints)
Vendor & stakeholder coordination: schedule working sessions, track deliverables/SOW milestones, and manage project communications
Risk/issue management: log, prioritize, drive mitigations/decisions, and escalate blockers early
Reporting & metrics: produce weekly dashboards, burndowns, forecasted milestones, and release readiness indicators for leadership
Process improvement: recommend practical tweaks to intake, gating, and release readiness to improve throughput and quality
Qualification
