This role is essential for maintaining an organized and productive warehouse environment, involving various manual tasks and collaboration with team members to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities
Load and unload materials and products from trucks, conveyors, and other equipment using appropriate manual or mechanical methods (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks)
Move goods to designated areas within the warehouse, including storage racks, production lines, and shipping zones
Stack and organize products efficiently and safely according to established procedures and inventory management systems
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials and products as required
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified and required), and other material handling equipment in a safe manner
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and operational goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy objects frequently, often up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods during a shift
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Preferred
Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
