Responsibilities
Review documents for relevance, responsiveness, confidentiality, and attorney-client privilege
Accurately code documents using eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO)
Identify key facts, issues, and legal themes within large document sets
Flag potentially privileged or sensitive documents for further review
Follow detailed review protocols and quality control guidelines
Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all project requirements
Qualification
Required
Active law license in any U.S. jurisdiction
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Ability to work full-time on-site
Preferred
MD license preferred
Prior document review or litigation experience preferred but not always required
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms is a plus
