Site Marine Construction Field Engineer

Responsibilities
Monitors construction of NPP’s marine structures and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design
Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley marine construction supervision systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and standards
Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments
Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements
Reports on project performance against the baseline plan
Assists in ensuring that Worley sub-contractors are suitably pre-qualified for delivery of the project
Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project
Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of Customer's correspondence pertaining to site construction of marine structures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Civil
NPP or Nuclear-related construction experience is required
Strong construction oversight skills; 8+ years of construction supervision experience in multi-cultural teams
Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus
