Regional Sales Manager, Distribution - East
Electrolux Professional Group is a leading global provider of food service, beverage, and laundry equipment for professional users. The Regional Sales Manager, Distribution will drive sales of Electrolux Professional Distribution Brands through various channels and work closely with distributors and customers to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Work with distributors and their sales teams to identify opportunities to sell Electrolux Professional Distribution Brands
Collaborate with Electrolux Professional General Market and Chain teams to promote products and drive sales through distribution networks where acceptable
Collaborate with distributors to identify key accounts to call on to generate demand and cultivate relationships within the assigned territory
Execute tactics to support overall region and company strategies/goals by identifying potential sales opportunities within the channel; end-user, dealer and consultant and closing sales
Foster continual growth of the distribution product and services offering and gain specification specific consultants, while meeting sales revenue & profitability objectives
Participate in product development and improvement programs, providing first-hand, experience-based market intelligence on customer requirements, product performance, and other key factors, while providing voice of the customer input
Works cross functionally with internal resources; customer service, product management, marketing, design engineering and service, etc. to bring viable solutions for customer’s needs to win the business
Provide sales forecast and product needs when requested
Perform factory training for distributors and customers when required
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
1 or more years of CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills focused on developing business relationships
Solution oriented problem-solving
Must present a professional image
Ability to work collaboratively
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Five or more years of previous experience or aptitude for field sales, sales management, technical sales/sales support, or marketing
Ability to learn and understand the workings of Electrolux Professional Distribution Brands
