Responsibilities

Install, repair, and remove specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment across an assigned regional territory

Complete both scheduled and unscheduled service: emergency calls, preventive maintenance, surveys, and installations

Participate in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation

Manage van stock, spare parts, and equipment; reorder within replenishment guidelines

Document each assignment thoroughly: call closure, work performed, accurate invoices, and obtaining required customer signatures

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing installation projects

Communicate promptly and clearly; relay customer feedback and requests to management and cross-functional teams

Adhere to service level agreements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer commitments
