2026 QSC Graduate: Engineering (2 year rotation, September 2026 start)

They are seeking a QSC Engineering Graduate to join their rotational program, where the individual will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to improve manufacturing performance through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Rotate through two business-critical roles over two years, starting at our Lincoln, NE site
Assess and improve line performance by analyzing operational data and identifying root causes of inefficiencies
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to implement engineering solutions that reduce downtime and improve throughput
Lead small-scale capital projects from scoping to execution, with support from the broader engineering team
Spend time on the production floor—observing, asking questions, and collaborating with line operators and supervisors
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable results
Build a strong foundation in leadership, technical skills, and business acumen through structured development and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
Graduation by August 2026
Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, employment. Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa status
Strong interest in hands-on engineering, data analysis, and continuous improvement
Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Lincoln, NE. No relocation assistance is provided for the first rotation
Willingness to relocate domestically for second rotation. Potential locations include: Richmond, VA; St. Louis MO; Warren, NJ; East Durham, NY
