6+ years expQualis1 Inc. is looking for Electrical Engineers to support end-to-end engineering activities in a manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams from concept through production release, focusing on electro-mechanical test fixtures, PCB testing, and engineering change management.
Responsibilities
Support the design and development of electro/mechanical rack-based test fixtures for production environments
Control I/O and verify voltage conditions of assemblies during manufacturing
Work on projects from concept, design, testing, and validation through release to production
Perform Design Verification using defined test protocols
Prepare and implement design changes, including schematics and PCBA updates
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ERP updates
Conduct First Article / Sample Qualification and component testing
Drive replacement and alternate part identification, evaluation, and impact assessment
Develop project plans, timelines, and track execution progress
Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams
Use Oracle EBS for part and BOM setup
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with PCB or instrument testing and test fixture development
Proficiency in ECAD tools for schematic and PCBA updates
Experience with Engineering Change Management processes
Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing workflows
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in the Medical Device industry
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Familiarity with Oracle EBS, supply chain, and ERP processes
