Build and maintain financial models to evaluate transactions and capital projects
Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments
Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for senior executives and the Board
Support transaction due diligence, integration planning, and cross-functional collaboration
Assist finance and legal teams with special projects and documentation
Contribute to process improvements within the Corporate Development function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and self-motivated
