Responsibilities

Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end-on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes

Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities

Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through

Adapting quickly to change-shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies-without losing momentum

Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required

Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements

Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
