Qualification
Required
14+ years of industry experience with a strong ServiceNow focus
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development
5 years of ServiceNow experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Platform Depth (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
Scripting & Development in JavaScript for client-side and server-side development
Integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and web services
Database & Architecture knowledge (RDBMS design, CMDBs, network, and application architecture)
Cloud Technologies
DevOps & CI/CD
Preferred
Advanced Degree
10+ years of industry experience
ServiceNow Technical Architect certification is preferred
Certified Master Architect (CMA)
Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high-profile clients and building a reputation of trust
Possess strong oral and written communication, presentation skills, project management, and mentoring skills
