Payroll & Vendor Specialist
AptAmigo is a rapidly growing real-estate technology company focused on building trust in the residential real estate brokerage industry. The Payroll & Vendor Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently process payroll for employees and our brokers, including calculating commissions, bonuses, and deductions
Help get set-up with our building partners and fill out new vendor forms and agreements
Maintain and update payroll data, including new hire setups. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
Assist with payroll tax filings and other payroll-related compliance tasks
Respond to employee and broker inquiries regarding payroll-related matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or experience in Payroll in lieu of that
Excel experience is highly desirable, and there may be a test of your skill level!
Understanding of payroll principles and practices
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail; nothing gets past you
Preferred
Experience with Gusto would be a plus, but not required
