Responsibilities

Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, ORC & Onboarding, Learning)
Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Work extensively with Redwood UI to enhance user experience and functionality
Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
Build, maintain, and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
Track issues, enhancements, and releases using Jira
Support testing, deployments, and ongoing release cycles

Required

Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands-on experience with Redwood UI across HCM modules
Solid knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, ORC & Onboarding, and Learning
Experience in production support and functional troubleshooting
Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
Understanding of audit controls and compliance
Proven requirements gathering and solution design skills
Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication
Experience using Jira or similar work management tools
