Responsibilities

Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the mold and die industry across North America
Deliver engaging software demonstrations tailored to customer-specific applications
Maintain a deep understanding of Hexagon’s Mold & Die software portfolio and communicate its value proposition
Collaborate with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and event participation
Support pre- and post-sales technical inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Maintain CRM records with accurate account and opportunity data
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic revenue growth goals
Provide input for product development based on customer feedback and industry trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical software sales within manufacturing industries
Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE software (e.g., WORKNC, VISI, SURFCAM, NCSIMUL, SMIRT, Designer or comparable mold and die software)
Strong understanding of mold and die manufacturing processes and workflows
Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage a remote sales territory
Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within North America
