Lottery Customer Service Specialist

The State of Missouri is seeking a Lottery Customer Service Specialist responsible for providing customer service to players, retailers, and the general public. The individual will validate and issue payment of lottery prizes, respond to inquiries, and maintain inventory of tickets and office supplies.

Qualification

Required

Two years of office or public contact experience
Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
Proficient in Word and Excel

Preferred

Prior experience working in a customer service atmosphere
