They are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support portfolio operations by maintaining loan data, reconciling cash flows, monitoring compliance, and supporting reporting and close processes.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day portfolio operations, including loan onboarding, reporting systems configuration, and ongoing lifecycle maintenance

Track and reconcile interest payments, principal collections, and fees using Allvue, including reconciliation to accounting ledgers, and support the development of portfolio operations dashboards

Own the ongoing maintenance of the security master and loan data tape

Monitor covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and payment timelines. Inform deal teams of potential deviations, including missed payments

Maintain credit documentation, compliance checklists, and controls in support of SOX and internal policies

Partner with internal reporting and accounting teams to support ongoing data workflows

Perform cash flow reconciliation and variance analysis across reporting systems

Assist with period-end close processes and time-sensitive report building
