Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and document current and future state business processes
Produce clear and complete Requirements Definition documentation
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and document project decisions
Assist Procurement in translating requirements into a Statement of Work (SOW)
Support a phased migration approach:
Phase 1: Lift-and-shift of current functionality with minor enhancements
Phase 2: Additional platform enhancements

Qualification

COTS applicationsSaaS platformsBusiness analysisSDLCAgile methodologiesRequirements gatheringLow-code SaaS migrationProcurement processesRegulatory systems knowledgeCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

4+ years with COTS applications and SaaS platforms
4+ years in business analysis, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
8+ years defining user requirements and documenting business processes
Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience migrating COTS applications to low-code SaaS
Knowledge of state/public-sector procurement processes
Familiarity with professional licensure or regulatory systems
