Responsibilities
Help manage commercial construction projects that include working with budgets, estimates, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers
Control the day-to-day including developing a master schedule in collaboration with the Principal in Charge
Manage the shop drawing/submittal schedule and RFI's and scope development
Lead meetings on-site, package bids, pay estimates, change orders, and really manage the entire project
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience as a PM
Submittal Preparation & tracking experience
Ideally the ability to use REVIT, autocad, PM software, and manage subcontractors
