Meet, present, and sell insurance policies to new clients in person or via phone
Identify potential gaps in coverage and cross-selling a strong solution for the client
Build referral resources within the dealership
Comply with insurance standards and regulations as well as company standards of documentation
Qualification
Required
Currently licensed for property and casualty insurance
Professional demeanor
Strong sales background
Ability to build quick rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability and motivation to work during peak hours of evenings and Saturdays
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
