Responsibilities
Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger
Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produces a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & Monthly invoices to Hospital clients
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Supports accounting and works closely with Owner
Qualification
Required
Experience with Accounting in QuickBooks Pro
Knowledge of Microsoft Access
In-office position in Culver City, CA
Preferred
Familiarity with Avionte, payroll and invoicing a plus
